Can also help against claims from other contractors or clients thru as-built schedule analysis to ensure that the project does not have large penalties levied against it.
Contract Management
Provide detail analysis of any contract to give the project team key points to focus on throughout the execution of the project. Can help to enforce any project controls/project management requirements with subcontractors or support reporting needs to clients.
Progress Tracking
Have many tools already developed to help track the installation sequence of major construction project to ensure it completes on time and under budget. Can get down to each individual widget if needed, or simply track manhours for each given task to help the project team understand trends as they occur.
Risk Management/Analysis
Thru the development of a detail risk matrix that allows the project to understand areas of focus while moving thru all stages of the project, can help to ensure that the project does not have any surprises. Have ran risk workshops with large teams and upper management to ensure complete buy in with all stakeholders and help to alleviate the dreaded “known-unknown”
Project Closeout
Create project close out reporting to show the complete picture of what has occurred during the course of the project. Support the closeout of major subcontracts and purchase orders thru the gathering of documentation and outstanding costs to make sure that the project does not lose any key information or large sums of money at the end.
